   • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Additionally, orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details will incur a 20% restocking fee.

   • If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
