Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

• Deductions:

  • We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return postage.
