Returning a Parcel

At Keep & Pour™, we aim to make your return process as simple and efficient as possible. If you need to return a parcel, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step-by-Step Guide to Returning a Parcel

  1. Contact Us:

    • Before returning your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@keepandpour.com to request a Returns Form. This form is necessary to provide us with the details we need to process your return.
  2. Fill Out the Returns Form:

    • Once you receive the Returns Form, fill it out completely. Include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, reason for return, details of the return, and your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).
  3. Prepare Your Parcel:

    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
    • Include the completed Returns Form inside the parcel to ensure we can process your return efficiently.
  4. Return Address:

    • We use a number of fulfilment centres, as well as our own facilities, to process your order. The return address will be provided on the Returns Form. Please ensure you send your parcel to this address.
  5. Shipping Your Return:

    • Use a trackable shipping method to return your parcel. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return is processed.
    • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  6. Processing Your Return:

    • Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. If you requested a replacement, it will be sent out promptly.

Important Notes

  • Condition of Goods: Ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact. Items that are not in this condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return postage.
